I offer face to face counselling services at my centre in Wirral. Each session is 1 hour. I can provide individual counselling via telephone, Zoom and in person. 

I offer a free 20 minute consultation via telephone to ascertain your needs and our suitability working together. This would be 30 minutes in person for couples. This gives you the opportunity to ask me any questions about the counselling/supervision process. !st Hypnotherapy session is £50 for assessment unless you are doing the 6 weeks courses. Al 6 weeks packages are non refundable but dates may be changed once given 48hr min notice.

All appointments require a £20 deposit to cover 48hr cancellation. This can be rolled over via each appointment.
